Intro to Latin 1 & 2

This course is designed for students with beginning or no experience with the Latin Language; however, those who have studied beginning Latin but feel as though they could use a "refresher course" will highly benefit as well.  

Course Description

Students who take this class will master over 100 vocabulary words and will be introduced to some of the most important aspects of Latin grammar.  The goal of this class is to provide a springboard for Latin learning going into the new academic year and beyond.

Academic Workshop

Academic workshop classes will include mostly in-class work with some outside reading and/or homework. Academic workshop classes are Pass/Fail and are added to a student's transcript/report card only by request of the parent after the class is complete using this form. High school workshops will receive 2.5 credits and will receive the OS (Kolbe Summer Course) designation on the Kolbe transcript. Academic workshop classes are limited to a 20 student enrollment maximum.
