Spotlight on Kolbe’s Online Baking Club

Kolbe Academy offers many exciting opportunities for students to get involved. This month, we are featuring the online baking club!

The baking club is open to all online and traditional Kolbe students in grades 3-8. Students of any ability level can join! The groups meet once every other week to bake together via webcam.

Our wonderful club advisor shares the recipes in advance so families can add the ingredients to their shopping lists and so students can do any prep work that might be needed. She also posts detailed instructions for students who can’t make it to the live meeting.

On the day of the meeting (baking day!), the students join the videocall and bake along with the other members of the club. The meetings are very well attended, and siblings and parents are encouraged to join in on the fun!
